We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse to join our rapidly expanding nursing team in the West Kent area. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome an experienced professional who is committed to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client receiving end of life care at home
  • Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
  • Provide 2-2-1 support to an an adult carrying out observations
  • Build rapport with clients and form a part of their daily routine
  • Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.

Shifts:

  • Days 8:00 – 20:00

Clinical Needs:

  • Medication Management
  • Intervention when required for high risk carotid bleed

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering care to end of life clients, preferably in the community.
  • Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
  • Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
  • Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
