Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting Senior Care Assistants!

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant in our Complex Care Division. As a Senior Carer your role would involve working night shifts in our children’s division, throughout Kent.

You will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients. Plus, benefit from a permanent contract with the option of overtime.

When you join us, you’ll receive:

• Competitive rates of pay – £15.97 – £19.17  per hour
• £31.94 per hour for bank holiday work.
• Paid mileage of 45p per mile over 20 miles from your home.
• Permanent contract.

We will provide paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. Senior care assistants also receive paid additional training to meet client-specific needs.

Senior Care Assistant Requirements:

• Previous 1 year of Complex Care experience.
• Commitment to a full-time contract.
• Access to your own car is essential.
