Support Worker – Folkestone

£12.00-£24.20 an hour

Superior Healthcare is urgently seeking experienced Support Workers and Health Care Assistants who crave the variety offered by agency work to join their team. As a leading healthcare agency, Superior Healthcare offers over 100 care settings, including nursing and residential care homes, supported living houses, and learning disability placements in Folkestone and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients
  • Follow care plans and risk assessments to meet the needs of clients
  • Assist with the administration of medication
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • 6 months previous paid experience as a carer or support worker within the UK
  • Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week
  • Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role
