Superior Healthcare urgently seeks experienced Support Workers for agency work in New Romney and surrounding areas. Join our team and enjoy a variety of support work opportunities available in New Romney. Superior Healthcare is a leading healthcare agency, offering over 100 care settings, including nursing and residential care homes, supported living houses, and learning disability placements, all within New Romney and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients.
  • Follow care plans and risk assessments to meet client needs.
  • Assist with the administration of medication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • 6 months previous paid experience as a carer or support worker within the UK.
  • Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week.
  • Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
