Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has become available for Support Workers in and around Eastbourne.

Our homes specialise in person-centred care for people with Learning Difficulties and Autism.

Every day is different and you will be out and about attending social events, playing football and keeping active with the individuals. You may find yourself going bowling, or to the theatre, visiting a stately home or cathedral, and even going to a local pub for open mic night.

If you are looking for flexible hours that would suit your home and work life, whilst achieving a rewarding role, this could be the job for you!

We are looking for people who have experience of working in a similar environment. You will be a great addition to the team if you enjoy working and interacting with people, are enthusiastic, an effective communicator, with high standards of care, and who are sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities.

What we need from you:

• A minimum of six months personal care experience
• Effective communication skills
• The right to work in the UK
