A magical visit from Elsa for Chelsea
Our client Chelsea enjoyed a little Frozen magic when Elsa paid her a special visit at home.
Dressed in her own sparkling tiara, Chelsea spent time chatting, laughing and posing for photos with one of her favourite characters. From holding hands to practising Elsa’s famous ice powers, the pair shared plenty of smiles throughout the visit.
Creating memories together
From the day she was born, Chelsea has faced more than most. She lives with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and uses a ventilator and receives specialist nursing care at home. Through every challenge, she has remained strong, sociable and determined, with a sense of humour that shines through.
A love of Frozen
Disney has always held a special place in Chelsea’s heart. Her bedroom is decorated with Frozen posters, so meeting Elsa in person was a particularly meaningful surprise. Chelsea and Elsa sang Let It Go together before posing for photos and showing off their ice powers.
Making personal moments possible
The surprise was arranged by Juliette, our Client Relationship Manager, as part of Moments Made Possible. The initiative helps our clients enjoy experiences that are personal and meaningful to them, whether that means meeting a much-loved character, revisiting a favourite place or trying something new.
Juliette said: “When we heard how much Chelsea loves Disney and Frozen, we knew a visit from Elsa would mean a lot to her. Seeing them sing, laugh and enjoy the moment together was wonderful. Chelsea’s smile said everything.”
Creating memories together
Experiences like this are about much more than a special visitor. They create happy memories and give clients and their families something to look forward to and enjoy together.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make Chelsea’s magical visit possible.
