Description

Booking Coordinator position that allows flexibility to work from home and offers a competitive salary of £12.60ph.

Shift requirements – 29 hours a week

Every Monday 6am – 9am (at home)
Every Wednesday 6am – 9am (at home)
Every Sunday 6am – 2pm (at home)
2 days in the week, which will need to include a Friday 9am – 5pm.
The successful applicant will be supplied with a laptop and equipment to complete the role.

You will be responsible for 

  • Securing rotas a month in advance
  • Amending last minute cover and changes with clients
  • Building and developing lasting relationships with clients and our employees
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully to all clients and employees
  • Making sure all requests are responded to within half an hour

Requirements

  • You will have effective communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
  • You will be an analytical person, quick thinker and solution driven.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
  • Be able to work in the office and from home.

The Booking Coordinator is responsible for matching our care team members with a suitable client to support residents either in a supported living service, nursing and care home or school. You will consult directly with our carers, nurses, and clients to organise shift cover and manage their rotas.
