Description
Healthcare Support Worker – Complex Paediatric Care
Employer: Superior Healthcare
Location: Bromley
About the Role
Superior Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Support Workers to support a 1‑year‑old female with complex care needs overnight in her family home.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist paediatric care, ensuring the client remains safe, comfortable, and well supported throughout the night, while promoting a calm and nurturing environment.
She is a happy baby who loves cuddles, sensory toys, music, and lights. At times, she may need reassurance and a cuddle to help her settle back to sleep. Carers should be confident in providing gentle, responsive support and encouraging development through play and sensory interaction where appropriate.
