Superior Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and experienced Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to join our specialist team, providing one-to-one care for a delightful 6-year-old client in Benenden. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Children’s Complex Care Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to your client’s individual needs
  • Build a trusting and meaningful relationship with both the child and their family
  • Support clinical and daily living needs in a home environment
  • Work closely with our experienced clinical team to provide safe, high-quality care
  • Promote comfort, wellbeing, independence, and quality of life

Shift Information

Location: Benenden, Kent

Shift Pattern: 12-hour waking nights

Available Nights: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from experienced support workers who have worked with children and are confident providing complex care.

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

  • PEG and/or Mickey Button feeding
  • Medication administration
  • Supporting children with complex healthcare needs
  • Community-based complex care experience

Most importantly, you’ll be caring, reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care to children and their families.
