Description

At Superior Healthcare, we support children, young people, and adults with complex health needs to live safely and happily at home.

We’re now looking for a Complex Care Assistant to support a 17‑year‑old boy living in his family home in Polegate.

If you’re passionate about meaningful, one‑to‑one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

You’ll provide one‑to‑one support, helping this young person live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Seizure management
  • Manual handling
  • Administering medication

This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with young people who have complex needs.

🕒 Shifts Available

  • Twilight shifts: 15:00 – 22:00
  • Please note: part time shifts only are currently available with this client

Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working.

We’ll work with you to build a rota that suits your life.

  • Previous experience involving personal care

  • A driving license is helpful but not essential
