We’re now looking for a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a 18 year‑old young man living in his family home in Polegate.
If you’re passionate about meaningful, one‑to‑one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role
You’ll provide one‑to‑one support, helping this young person live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Seizure management
- Manual handling
- Administering medication
This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with young adults who have complex needs.
🕒 Shifts Available
- Morning shifts: 06:00 – 08:30
- Afternoon shifts: 16:00 – 22:00
- Weekends: 08:00 – 20:00
- Monday – Friday during Half Term: 06:00 – 22:00
Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working.

What You’ll Need
- Previous care experience involving personal care
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach
- UK-based applicants only (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
- Full UK driving license is preferred
