Description

Wellbeing Coordinator in Whitstable

If you have excellent communication as well as listening skills, super organised and creative then this could be your next role!

As a Wellbeing Coordinator you will deliver day to day wellbeing, engagement and recognition initiatives.  Supporting with campaigns, events, communications and reporting to ensure all employees have a positive experience.

About the role

  • Routine wellbeing calls with employees
  • Signposting employees to appropriate support services.
  • Managing the compliment process and employee of the month
  • Coordinate seasonal events
  • Administer long services awards
  • Coordinate annual engagement activities and themed awareness campaigns
  • Organise hotel accommodation when needed
  • Write wellbeing emails and updates
  • Reporting on all activities and outcomes

About you

  • You will have exceptional administrative skills, ideally from a healthcare sector and experience of supporting wellbeing, engagement or HR initiatives.
  • Experience of drafting internal communications
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills
  • You will have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available) as well as a full UK driving licence

  • Salary of £28,500
  • 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm with some flexibility
