Wellbeing Coordinator in Whitstable

As a Wellbeing Coordinator you will deliver day to day wellbeing, engagement and recognition initiatives.  Supporting with campaigns, events, communications and reporting to ensure all employees have a positive experience.
About the role
- Routine wellbeing calls with employees
- Signposting employees to appropriate support services.
- Managing the compliment process and employee of the month
- Coordinate seasonal events
- Administer long services awards
- Coordinate annual engagement activities and themed awareness campaigns
- Organise hotel accommodation when needed
- Write wellbeing emails and updates
- Reporting on all activities and outcomes
About you
- You will have exceptional administrative skills, ideally from a healthcare sector and experience of supporting wellbeing, engagement or HR initiatives.
- Experience of drafting internal communications
- Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills
- You will have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available) as well as a full UK driving licence

- Salary of £28,500
- 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm with some flexibilityÂ
