Superior Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and resilient Waking Night Clinical Support Worker to support a young man living in his own home in Faversham.
About the Client
Our client is a young man with:
- Dravet Syndrome
- Osteoporosis
- Postural scoliosis (following corrective surgery)
- Developmental delays
This role focuses on providing overnight care and clinical observation, supporting the client through a busy night-time routine and managing his complex health needs.
About the Role
As a Waking Night Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the client’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night. The successful candidate will be confident in monitoring and responding to clinical needs while also providing reassurance and emotional support when required.
Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy is highly desirable, as our client can experience between 1–8 seizures per night. Previous experience supporting individuals with post-surgical needs, learning disabilities, lack of capacity, or behaviours of concern would also be advantageous.
While this is a clinical-focused position, applicants should also have the warmth, patience, and person-centred approach of an experienced Support Worker.

✅ Able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

SHCLBA
- To provide complex care interventions such as medication management and epilepsy management.
- To confidently and clearly communicate with the client and using aids where necessary.
- To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
- To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
