Full-Time Equivalent Salary: Approx. £30,000 – £34,000 per year (based on 37.5 hours/week)
About the Role
Superior Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join our team and provide dedicated care for a child living with their family in Battle. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a vibrant young girl who requires complex clinical support.
Client Profile
- Age: Child
- Medical Condition: Diagnosed with apnea (uses overnight CPAP)
- Clinical Needs:
- CPAP/BiPAP
- PEG/JEJ feeding
- Medication administration
- Oral suctioning
- Moving & handling
- Personal care
- Interests: Family time and pets
- Preferences: Compassionate, confident, and clinically experienced professionals who can support a loving family environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to ensure the client’s complex health needs are managed effectively.
- Promote a fulfilled and happy life for the client.
- Work collaboratively with the family and healthcare team.
Requirements
- Experience: Pediatric and complex care experience essential.
- Driver: Yes, with a clean driving licence.
- Checks: Enhanced Child & Adult DBS and three years of referencing.
