 Community Complex Carer

Location: Redhill
Shifts: Night Shifts – 20:00pm to 07:30am
Pay: 18£-19£/hour

We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Community Complex  Carer to support our clients with complex medical needs during night shifts in their home. This role is ideal for someone confident with clinical tasks but who also enjoys creating a warm, supportive, and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • PEG Feeding
  • Epilepsy Management
  • Medication
  • Ensuring a safe, calm, and nurturing environment
  • Keeping accurate overnight care records
  • Working closely with the family and clinical team

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in complex care needs- PEG Feeding and Epilepsy management
  • A carer who can create a positive, gentle, fun atmosphere
  • Reliable, calm, and able to work independently during night shifts

  • To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures
  • To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation
