We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager for Surrey / Hampshire
Are you a Registered Nurse with some experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients?
You will be managing a caseload complex care clients in the Surrey and Hampshire region area, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.
