Salary: £14.40 per hour
Shift pattern: Day shifts available

Are you an experienced and passionate support worker/personal assistant looking for a rewarding new role? Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Personal Assistant in Hornchurch, paying £14.40 per hour, to provide support and encourage independence for a young woman living with a brain injury and epilepsy.

Job description

You’ll help our client live with greater choice, independence and confidence, providing consistent support shaped around their individual needs and everyday life.  She loves Harry Potter, music, swimming and staying active, and she is looking for a Personal Assistant who can help her access the community and her interests.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have experience as a Personal Assistant or Support Worker, and be confident with positive behaviour support, brain injuries, epilepsy and seizure management. You’ll follow an individual care plan and work closely with colleagues, families and professionals where appropriate. You’ll receive an induction and any role-specific training needed, with ongoing guidance available from Superior Healthcare’s wider care and clinical teams.

For someone who wants to develop, the role can also provide a pathway into more specialist support and complex care.
