Description

Registered Nurse – Dover

Location: Dover, Kent
Salary: £27.00 – £29.00 per hour
Shift pattern: 8am – 8pm

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding new role? Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse in Dover, with a salary of £27.00 – £29.00 per hour, to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll work within a supportive care service, with clinical guidance available when needed, helping people receive safe and compassionate care in their own homes. It’s an opportunity to use your clinical skills while getting to know the people you support and seeing the difference consistent care can make.

Job description

As a Registered Nurse with Superior Healthcare, you’ll provide clinical care tailored to the needs, preferences and goals of the people you support.

Our client has complex needs, so a Registered Nurse with experience in BiPAP ventilation, gastroesophageal reflux disease, airway scaffolds and scoliosis is preferable, but you’ll also need to be a bubbly, compassionate carer who can support her with her passion of cooking!

You’ll work closely with clients, families and the wider care team to follow individual care plans, monitor wellbeing and respond appropriately to changes in health or support needs. Depending on the care package, the role may involve a range of clinical interventions and specialist equipment.

You’ll receive an appropriate induction and any package-specific clinical training required for the role. Our clinical and care teams can provide guidance and ongoing support, helping you build confidence and continue developing your career in complex care and community nursing.

Shifts

Days – 8am – 8pm
