Female Night Senior Complex Carer
£17.25 – £19.55 per hour
Join our East Kent team as a Night Senior Complex Carer, supporting clients across Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury, and the surrounding areas.
At Superior Healthcare, we’ve been providing specialist, person-centred care since 2006, supporting children, young people, and adults with complex health needs to live independently in their own homes. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Female Senior Complex Carer to join our growing East Kent team.
About the Role
As a Night Senior Complex Carer, you will provide high-quality clinical and personal care to a range of clients with complex healthcare needs across the East Kent region. This is a mobile role, requiring travel between packages of care in Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury, and surrounding areas, providing essential overnight support where it is needed most.
Working independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care is delivered to every client.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing complex clinical care during waking and sleeping night shifts.
- Supporting clients with a range of healthcare needs within their own homes.
- Delivering person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence, and choice.
- Responding confidently to changing clinical needs throughout the night.
- Travelling across the East Kent region to support multiple care packages as required.
Essential Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have previous hands-on experience with:
✅ PEG Feeding and Gastrostomy Care
✅ Tracheostomy Care and Management
✅ Ventilation Support
✅ Complex Care in a community or homecare setting
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the travel requirements of this position.
Shift Pattern
- Typically 10-12 hour waking or sleeping night shifts
- Set rota available
- Optional overtime opportunities
- Potential for rolling rota patterns, including 3 shifts on / 3 shifts off
