🕒 Flexible Shifts Available

Choose shifts that work for you:

Morning shifts: 06:00 – 08:30

Afternoon/Evening shifts: 16:00 – 22:00

Weekend shifts: 08:00 – 20:00

Half Term (Monday-Friday): 06:00 – 22:00

Additional shifts may be available locally for those wanting extra hours.

We understand that work needs to fit around your life, so we’ll work with you to build a rota that suits your availability.

🏡 About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate Complex Healthcare Assistant to support an 18-year-old young man living with his family near Hailsham.

At Superior Healthcare, we support children, young people, and adults with complex health needs to live safely, independently, and happily at home.

This role offers the opportunity to provide dedicated one-to-one support, allowing you to deliver truly person-centred care without rushing between multiple calls.

You’ll play an important role in helping this young man live life to the fullest while ensuring his healthcare needs are met safely and confidently.

You’ll support with:

🔹 Seizure management

🔹 Manual handling

🔹 Medication administration

🔹 Personal care and daily living support

What You’ll Need

  • Previous care experience involving personal care
  • A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach
  • Confidence supporting people in their own homes
  • UK-based applicants only (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
  • Full UK driving license is preferred
