We are recruiting a Support Worker in Chelmsford to provide dedicated care for our vibrant, fun-loving young adult client.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and engaging Care Assistants and Support Workers for a rewarding role supporting a client with a spinal cord injury.
Our client lives at home with their parent and siblings and enjoys a variety of activities, including gaming, going to the gym, and accessing the community.
The ideal candidates will be bubbly, fun, and passionate about helping others, with similar hobbies and interests to our client. As a Care Assistant or Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting the client to live independently.
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, catheter care, medication administration and support with day-to-day activities.
You will also help facilitate community outings and support the client during both day and night shifts, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence.
Shift availability
We have shifts available from Monday to Sunday, between 10:00am and 16:00pm.
