Salary: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Support Worker in Rochester, paying £14.00 – £17.00 per hour, to provide reliable, personable support to a woman with structural focal epilepsy. As a Support Worker, you’ll help someone live with greater choice, independence and confidence, providing consistent support shaped around their individual needs and everyday life.
Our client requires someone with PEG experience, as well as experience with epilepsy. She is looking for someone compassionate who will go the extra mile to provide support with moving and positioning, personal care and assistance with all aspects of daily life.
You’ll follow a care plan and work closely with colleagues, families and professionals where appropriate. You’ll receive an induction and any role-specific training needed, with ongoing guidance available from Superior Healthcare’s wider care and clinical teams.
For someone who wants to develop, the role can also provide a pathway into more specialist support and complex care.

Shifts
7am – 7pm: Monday – Sunday
7pm – 10pm: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday
10pm -7am: Monday – Sunday
Any specialist training required for the individual support package will be provided where appropriate.
