Superior Healthcare launches new company values!

Before the world had heard of coronavirus, the Leadership Team at Superior Healthcare embarked upon a project to define our mission and values.  The purpose of this exercise was not to change who we are, but instead to recognise the qualities that are inherent within our team, to further develop a service that excels in providing leading healthcare.

As such we want to share the core values we have developed that will be used to drive our behaviour, performance and ultimately the level and quality of service we deliver.

It seemed only fitting to launch our values alongside our first monthly staff newsletter:

Our new mission and values

For us, it was critical that our mission reflected our dependency upon the team that enables us to provide such a high quality of healthcare. It’s our staff who make us who we are.

To provide exceptional levels of care we feel it is important to value the staff delivering that care and don’t want our team to feel unrecognised or unrewarded.  Instead, we aim to be champions for both them and for the care sector and we believe that implementing our core values will help us to achieve this:

We hope these values already resonate with our staff and service users and will be integrating these into everything that we do moving forward.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank the amazing team of nurses, carers, office staff and team leaders that we have and look forward to rolling these values out over the next 12 months.
