At  Superior Healthcare, we’re seeking a Care Coordinator  to join our Complex Care team at our  Whitstable  branch in Kent.

The Role?
As a Care Coordinator in our Complex Care division, you will:Â
This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week  plus additional hours according to the needs of the business. The starting salary is £25,200, rising to  £28,350 after successfully completing probation.Â
The hours of work are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, with participation in for Superior Healthcare’s ‘out of hours’ on-call service rota.Â
