Location: Sidcup, Kent
Salary: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour
Shift pattern: Days and nights available

As a Support Worker, you’ll build a genuine relationship with the person you support, helping them feel confident, independent and in control of their day-to-day life. You’ll provide consistent, respectful care while getting to know what matters most to our client.
Job description
We are looking for a Support Worker who will support our client in living a fulfilled life, whilst managing her complex health needs.
Our client is an accomplished artist, keen to lead an active life and get involved in the community. She has complex respiratory needs, so a Support Worker with experience in tracheostomy care, ventilation, emergency airway management and PEG care is preferable, but you’ll also need to be a bubbly, compassionate carer with a good sense of humour!
You’ll follow an individual care plan and work closely with colleagues, families and professionals where appropriate. You’ll receive an induction and any role-specific training needed, with ongoing guidance available from Superior Healthcare’s wider care and clinical teams.
For someone who wants to develop, the role can also provide a pathway into more specialist support and complex care.
Shifts
Days – 10:00am – 16:00pm
Nights – 22:00pm – 07:00am
Any specialist training required for the individual support package will be provided where appropriate.
