Location: Westcliff-on-Sea
Salary: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour
Shift pattern: Day shifts available 

Looking for a role where building a genuine connection matters? Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Support Worker in Westcliff-on-Sea, paying £14.00 – £17.00 per hour, to provide compassionate, person-centred care.

As a Support Worker, you’ll build a meaningful relationship with the person you support, helping them maintain their independence, make choices and feel confident in everyday life. You’ll provide consistent, tailored support that reflects their individual needs, preferences and routines.

 

Job description

Our client lives at home and requires a Support Worker who has experience with brain injuries, PEG feeding and epilepsy. You’ll also need to be confident in medication administration, nebuliser oral suctioning, moving and handling, and personal care. She loves animals, musicals and going on walks, and is looking for a Support Worker who will go the extra mile to ensure she lives a fulfilled life. We are looking for a reliable, fun and caring person who can build a relationship with our client and her family.

You’ll follow an individual care plan and work closely with colleagues, families and professionals where appropriate. You’ll receive an induction and any role-specific training needed, with ongoing guidance available from Superior Healthcare’s wider care and clinical teams.

For someone who wants to develop, the role can also provide a pathway into more specialist support and complex care.

 

Shifts

8:00am – 8:00pm

9:30am – 14:30pm

14:30pm – 20:00pm
