Join Our Team as a Care Coordinator! 

At  Superior Healthcare, we’re seeking a Care Coordinator  to join our Complex Care team at our  Whitstable  branch in Kent.

The Role?
As a Care Coordinator in our Complex Care division, you will: 

  • Lead with purpose: Manage your own clients in a geographic area covering shift requests. 
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with clients, nurses, carers and colleagues to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. 
  • Deliver excellence: Ensure shift requirements are met with compassion, safety, and professionalism. Providing the highest level of customer service  
  • Innovate and improve: Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and management of clients care packages
  • Support: Be a team player, supportive and passionate about everything you do.   

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week  plus additional hours according to the needs of the business. The starting salary is £25,200, rising to  £28,350 after successfully completing probation. 
The hours of work are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, with participation in for Superior Healthcare’s ‘out of hours’ on-call service rota.
