We are recruiting a Children’s Complex Care Assistant!
Who are we? Superior Healthcare delivers round-the-clock care to children, young people, and adults with long-term complex health conditions.
Our client is an energetic 6-year-old boy who lives in his family home in Benenden.
The ideal candidate has previous experience of working with children with cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
Shifts:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
- Waking Nights: 8pm – 8am.
Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rates: £15.00 – £17.00 Higher pay rates (up to 30% more) for clients with advanced clinical needs.

Requirements:
- Previous care experience involving personal care.
- A driving license is not essential, but preferred.
- A minimum commitment of 2x shifts a week.
- You must be based in the UK to apply for this role – we do not offer VISA sponsorship.

- To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
- To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
- Experience with PEG feeds and medication administration.
- To be calm, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
- To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.
