Superior Healthcare is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant in Faversham to join our team, working full-time day or night shifts (12 hours per shift).
Superior Healthcare delivers round-the-clock care to children, young people, and adults with long-term complex health conditions.
We support clients to live life to the fullest— independently, happily, and safely at home — while providing our care team with fantastic benefits, genuine support, and opportunities to progress.
As a health care assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients.
This could include supporting with personal care, administering medication, encouraging clients to engage with the community, and managing complex needs—all while ensuring each client feels empowered, supported, and cared for in a way that is meaningful to them.
