Superior Healthcare provides at-home complex care services to children, young people, and adults across the UK. Founded in 2006, we have been dedicated to supporting families who have had to make significant adjustments due to life-changing incidents or diagnoses.

The Role:

We are urgently seeking Carers, Support Workers, and Children’s Care Assistants in Sevenoaks.

As a care assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients in the local area.

Key Details:

  • Shifts: Night shifts available caring for one child client per shift.
  • Schedule: Fixed rota with overtime options

Essential Experience:

All our team members receive a fully paid, comprehensive, week-long, classroom-based training program with practical workshops before being introduced to our clients. This training covers all aspects of the Care Certificate and delves into skills needed to support complex clients, such as tracheostomy management and gastrostomy. Additionally, individual, client-focused training continues following the initial classroom induction.

  • PEG feeding
  • Oral suctioning
  • Tracheostomy care (preferred but not essential)
  • Ventilation
  • Epilepsy

  • Days or Nights Shifts
  • Previous and recent care experience, involving personal care
  • Full right to work within the UK
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car
  • Must be able to commit to at least two shifts per week
