Requirements
  • Plan, implement, and supervise nursing care.
  • Lead and supervise Care Assistants in their key roles.
  • To record baseline observations in line with client procedures.
  • Provide hands-on support tailored to residents’ individual needs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care.
  • Experienced nurse with strong skills in medication administration, MAR charts, wound care, and syringe drivers.
  • Valid nursing PIN with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
