Requirements
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
  • Account Growth: Identify other opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a liaison between clients and our team to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Coordination Management: Manage all shift requests and ensure clients have sufficient agency cover.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Driver with a clean driving license.
  • Proven sales experience and/or experience in account management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a proactive approach to client engagement
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow within the organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
