Children’s Nurse Opportunity in Sandwich

We are seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse in Sandwich to provide dedicated, one-on-one care during nights. We have a vacancy for a part time nurse working 1-2 shifts per week. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for a child requiring specialised medical support.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer enteral feeds via dual balloon gastrostomy and jejunostomy tubes.
Manage bile drainage through a bile bag.
Administer prescribed and rescue medications.
Provide oxygen therapy and monitor saturation levels.
Perform suctioning (deep suction if trained); in emergencies, the child’s mother can intervene.
Monitor and respond to seizure activity.
Assist with safe moving and handling.
