We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse within our Sussex locations to join our team on a flexible basis, providing care to young adults with complex needs.
The Role:
Superior Healthcare offers the chance to work in a supportive, dynamic environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring specialist care.
As a complex care nurse, you will deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
You will support young adults with a variety of complex needs, which may include chronic illnesses, disabilities, or brain and spinal injuries. Care may involve the use of Bipap/Cpap, PEG feeding, and medication administration.
Our approach prioritises enhancing quality of life, promoting independence where possible, and ensuring well-being in a nurturing environment. We collaborate closely with families and healthcare teams to develop tailored care plans that address the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each individual.

We often find that registered nurses with a clinical or community care background, whether from the NHS or the private sector, enjoy working for Superior Healthcare.
This is because we give nurses a manageable workload and improved work-life balance so they can deliver a higher level of person-centred care when supporting one client per shift. We make sure nursing is rewarding and fulfilling – as it should be.
